
Julie McGrath
Julie has spent 24 years working in the Airline Industry in Sales and Customer Service using many varied systems. After leaving Air New Zealand, Julie embarked on a small business of her own representing numerous wholesalers in the Gift industry and travelling throughout Queensland & northern NSW.
Looking after people and helping with their needs has been a big part of Julie’s working life and coming on board with IT 4 Retirees, seems a natural progression as she looks forward to helping Queenslanders get the most out of their devices.

Sharon Robertson
Sharon is a qualified librarian and has worked in the public library industry for over 30 years in various roles, culminating in leading the operational management of a large library service.
She has always been passionate about helping people to confidently develop their skills and to find information that enhances their lives. As a manager, she worked with her teams to provide high quality customer service to meet the emerging needs of the community (ie with the increased need to support digital literacy during COVID).
Sharon has significant experience in library IT systems, common software and devices, and in developing training packages for customers.

Julie Short
Jules has a nursing background having nursed in Toowoomba for a number of years followed by a long stint working for various doctors in different specialties. Jules has also diversified to other fields over the years including accounting, software installation and training for Rolls Royce Aerospace whilst living in the United Kingdom.
Jules looks forward to helping people stay connected and improve their understanding of the technology that is available to them today.

David Whatson
David is a skilled educator who spent many years working in the Vocational and Higher Education sector. He has trained staff and students in subjects as varied as software use, health science, critical thinking and research skills. He has worked as an English and literacy tutor in both an online and face-to-face capacity.
David is a committed lifelong learner and believes in empowerment through education. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Science Communication, Education (TESOL), and Library and Information Services. Previously a volunteer Tech Trainer at his local library, David is keen to assist the wider community to use technology confidently.

Wendy Williams
Wendy is an experienced Business Manager with a demonstrated history in commercial, non-profit organisation and local government management.
Located in Townsville, Wendy has enjoyed working in a variety of locations in North and Western Queensland. Wendy has a passion for learning and has continued to develop her skills throughout her career. She enjoys sharing this knowledge with others.
Wendy enjoys exceptional customer service and looks forward to delivering on this commitment.

Tracey Winton
Tracey has worked the last 20 years as a project and account manager in the IT industry in both Government and the private sector.
She enjoys helping people to understand as many aspects of the IT world as possible to help everyone stay connected. She enjoys travel and is an avid sailor having done several blue water passages.
