Ed Carter
Following a career in the Royal Australian Air Force in Communications and Ground Telecommunications technology, Ed gravitated towards his lifelong interest, pursuing a career in Information Technology. He has worked in numerous technical customer-facing roles and has a passion for helping others by educating and tutoring with patience and understanding.
He holds a degree in English Literature and has completed numerous tertiary-level IT related courses. He is a father and a keen outdoorsman, and volunteers whenever possible with his local State Emergency Service branch in Kalamunda.

Kerri joins the team with a wealth of experiences across the travel and tourism, education, and recently the aged and disability sectors where her focus was on customer service.
Her lively personality will bring a fun vibe to every lesson making learning the technologies on your devices more enjoyable.
Kate Sorensen
With a background in management in mental health education and corporate sales and marketing, Kate has varied experience within several fields. IT has been a constant in all of these roles and she understands how important it is for others to feel confident in their knowledge of technology.
Kate is also a qualified counsellor, life coach and mindfulness practitioner with further qualifications in dementia care and believes it is never too late to learn.
